for the 2nd time my cleaners were either late (1st time they didn't show up at all until a day later after I paid sitters to have the home empty for them) or this time 4 hours early when I was very clear I work from home.
I eventually gave up and let them come 1.5 hours early and rescheduled work calls. now on to the clean. to put it simply nearly nothing was complete. I send an 13 item bullet list to the manager along with 17 photos.

We had Patty and Adrianna at our place today and it was so lovely to walk into our home feeling refreshed. They focused on ceiling fans, bathrooms, and floors. Their communication was excellent and I will be looking to have them clean again in the future. Here are some pics of the little touches that were fun to walk in to. Thank you Patty and Adrianna!!
