We had a roof leak during all the rain a few weeks ago. My husband remembered Ruddy’s Roofing ads from talk radio, so he called them. It was Thursday night, late…and they responded to his call, answered live and proceeded to advise us on what to do. He asked if we were still under warranty. We were, so we didn’t need their services after all. He could have just started the job! They followed up, to make sure we were taken care of, and offered to come look at the roof and make sure the repair was on the up and up.
