I am extremely sensitive to adhesive and was concerned about using the Rock-tape in addition to my massage. Kathryn explained the difference adhesives used and we selected the most sensitive tape she has. I was AMAZED at how much relief I got in my low back pain immediately. I never had a problem with the tape or any reaction to the adhesive. I highly recommend this therapy for anyone needing additional help with chronic issues.

Katheryn is wonderful. She is very personable and is kind with in her practice. It’s nice to go somewhere private and have the place to yourself. I highly recommend Katheryns massages.

This was the first time I had the dry brush therapy and I was blown away! It was so refreshing to be gently brushed then followed with a peppermint-infused oil. My skin felt tingly during the session and spots that I didn’t realize were dry and itchy were soothed. It was different from a traditional massage but so welcome. I will absolutely be back to have dry brushing done again.
