I never leave reviews. I find that they can make or break a business. However I have to leave a review for this place! Hands down the best haircut I've gotten in a very long time. I requested a flowback old style haircut and Brian delivered. The entire experience was amazing. I came during my lunch break and it felt like I went home and took a nap and came out looking new. Absolutely coming back!
I left a google review for this business already, but one Google review doesn't do it justice for me. I want to leave another great review for this place because their customer service is excellent. Bryan and Deborah truly care about their clients. They make sure you are well taken care of. If they feel like their service was not good enough for their customers, they will reach out to make it right. This is what they've done for me recently. I have never seen a barber shop care this much about their clients and reach out to their clients proactively to make things right. Bryan (manager) and Deborah are a great duo! Deborah does my hair and she is my favorite barber so far. I will continue to come back to this business because they bring high quality service and excellent customer service.
Brian is the man! I don't really understand some of the reviews on here saying that he's not good at his job, because my experience was excellent and the cut was exactly what I wanted. Just a PSA for anyone that wants a good haircut... it's better to show a barber an actual image of what you want rather than explaining with your words. I guarantee your hair cut will not turn out like you want it to if you give a vague description, and it's hilarious to see people getting angry after doing this. I'll definitely be returning as a regular customer!
