Sergio, Greg, and the RestoPros team did a fantastic job drying out our walls and flooring after a plumbing incident. They were extremely thorough, with excellent documentation and communication (with both me and my insurance adjuster) at every step of the process. I will absolutely be calling them again should the need arise.
Sergio and his crew were helpful, patient and made us feel comfortable during the entire water mitigation process. He answered all of our questions and made us feel like everything was going to be ok! We would definitely recommend RestoPros for the job!
We had a pipe burst from the cold weather. Within 3 hours after we called RestoPro was at our house. They vacuumed out the water and brought in a couple of fans. Next day they tore out the dry wall and base boards that were water damaged and brought in more fans. They also came out for our insurance adjuster's appointment and met with him.
