If you're looking for a quality, professional piano tuner, you've found one. Priscilla Rapport is about as expert as they come. Count on her to go over potential cost ahead of time, to be punctual, and to explain everything she is doing so you can understand it. She takes the time to do the job right. Bonus: she has loads of fascinating stories. Just be advised she doesn't accept cards.

Mrs Rappaport is very knowledgeable and spent 3 hours here tuning my piano. She does it right or not at all, very exact. I recommend her for all your piano needs. She went to Germany to learn all about pianos ??She worked there and was trained there. Thank you ?

I bought an upright piano from the early 1900's, then moved it to my house. Of course it needs tuning, and rappaport was easy to work with and schedule. She expertly tuned it (including rekeying it back to where it should be) to the limits of its antique parts and strings.I'd absolutely use her again, her knowledge of pianos is spectacular.
