Great experience with a good explanation of what was happening and what were the potential solutions. Also extremely responsive and quick to come out and fix our issue. No pressure or attempts to upsell. We plan to stick with Pete in the future and would highly recommend to anyone who has HVAC issues.
I have been with PT maintenance for many years. Pete and his team are very knowledgeable, kind and professional. Installed the water heater with high quality workmanship and equipment. Quick to respond when we reached out after hours, we're able to come to our house that night then come back after opening the warehouse for a part and fixed our AC at the beginning of August at midnight. Incredibl service and friendly staff - thank you!
