I called Pickell Plumbing today to make an appointment,thinking they would not beable to see me today. To my surpise theCustomer Service Clerk informed me, that they can come out today. The plumber was very honest, professional and well seasoned in his field. I am pleased with their service and highly recommend Pickell Plumbing.
Called Pickle at 10 PM. On a Friday night they got to me with in 15 minutes. They are a great bunch of guys that you can trust to fix your plumbing problems. Highly recommend. Will be using EVERY TIME in the future.Thank you guys for coming to my place In My time of need.
May be a little unconventional at times in my experience (Pickell was going through some personal problems at the time and some company changes) but he was up front about the costs and does not overcharge or take advantage of the situation. And though the leak was still an issue they came back out until it was resolved at no additional costs. Very honest and reputable company and I'd gladly use them for future issues and updates. I have no complaints with any of the employees. Laura, Brandon, John, Kristen were all great. Would recommend
