Phoenix Exteriors has installed a new shingle roof on our house after a Texas hail storm. They have done an excellent job. We went with them because they had been recommended on a neighborhood Facebook page. The young salesman was very enthusiastic, but he and his team explained the options very well to us. Then, when it came time for the installation, the team was handled by Troy Brehmer. They were in and out over the course of two days, and, again, were thoughtful and thorough. They were clear what we needed to do, and they did an excellent job cleaning up. My insurance company (Allstate) was resisting paying for hail damage to my roof and Phoenix helped me with my claim. They are amazing! If you need work done, ask for Zach Guerrieri. He super-responsive and he helped us navigate the insurance process.My roof is not done yet, so I can't speak about the work, but so far everyone has been professional, helpful, and keeping my job on track. From the beginning with Dakota to the end with Pete everything went great! We had an old leaky roof and patio, we'll just leave it at that. Everything needed to be repaired. The team did a great job executing it all. The new roof is beautiful and it looks like they did an awesome job, we will see how it holds up over time. Thank you Phoenix Exteriors!
