Tyler and the mechanics were very helpful, honest, and got our repairs done swiftly. We were in town for a family celebration. They were so helpful with getting all repairs done and we were back on the road. Tyler definitely is a multi tasker! He helped several customers on the phone or at the counter. Russell, Terrance and his team got me in very quick for an oil change, filter change and brake repair. Russell was very knowledgeable and informative in letting me know everything that I was needing to have repaired on my vehicle. I will definitely recommend this location. Professionalism and good customer service is very hard to come by, but not @ Midas @ RR. Well done.

The service performed at Midas was top notch fast and efficient even though there are other Midas facilities in the city I always drive to the one in Round Rock Texas not saying anything wrong with the other facilities I'm just comfortable with this particular one they also have a new work crew there.. also the whole new work crew they assembled work great together and they get the job done and have you in and out with minimum wait time.. my only knock is my oil change price was not consistent with what I usually get it for Just make sure you bring in your coupons for discounts if you have them save yOur H.E..B receipts and save money on all my oil changes... read full review
