Michael is very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. He was able to fix my computer with no problems. He's also very honest and won't try to sell you extra parts for money. Very awesome definitely recommend!
I recently needed assistance with my computer, and while several repair companies were too worried about liability to help, Michael truly stood out. Unlike others, he didn't shy away from the challenge. He provided me with several helpful ideas to fix my laptop, which has stripped screws in the back. Although I ended up finding a workaround using an extractor tool, Michael's professionalism and easygoing nature made the entire experience positive.
