Excellent customer service and supporting systems. The plumber presented several options and completed the agreed upon repairs quickly and with high quality, leaving the surrounding area as he found it. Recommended.
Manny exceeded our expectations with the necessary repairs & replacement of our hot water heater. He was professional and patient in answering all of our questions. Jason Pool was our tech and his fast, friendly service to come out to Killeen to replace our water heater really helped us out in a real difficult time. When we thought our options were limited, Jason let us know that he could get a new one installed for us in the same day and had us with hot water before we knew it. I would gladly recommend Kinsey plumbing and Jason and call them again if I needed anything.
