The woman working there this afternoon was so helpful. I didn't catch her name but she explained everything very well and was very quick despite having computer issues. I had my very dirty comforter washed yesterday, and it turned out exceptionally clean and fresh. I was surprised to have my order ready in one day! Moreover, they offered a 25% discount. I am very happy with the service and will definitely come again.
