I highly recommend It's Bugs or Us! They really go above and beyond with customer service and have a stellar work ethic! I called James asking if they would be able to remove a wasp nest, and could they come out again before the regular service date. He came out that same day and took down not 1 nest, but 4!
It’s Bugs or Us North Austin is locally owned and operated. The service was wonderful from answering all my questions prior to scheduling, to arriving on time and providing a report post-inspection. James was very professional with gloves, boot covers and he wore a face mask. He did a thorough inspection and made recommendations that will help eliminate our pest problem. Even though there is no contract - we will continue to use their services for ongoing pest maintenance. Thank you!
