Quality of Life savers!! I could barely walk. My 3rd trimester of pregnancy was that rough on me. I genuinely thought this was just going to be my problem to sit with. I've had two appointments now and feel so much better. I can't recommend them enough.
tl/dr: Come HERE & SKIP franchises with links to basic pelvic floor work.I first went to HOPT in 2005. I stayed with them off/on through 2016. I found Katrina Barton’s approach to my chronic hip and lower back pain to be exemplary. As a retired physician, I have great respect for her expertise and experience in providing helpful approaches to a complex set of lower body symptoms. The insight and benefit afforded was immense- this was after many prior months of consulting various respected orthopedists, PTs and a top chiropractor.
