I did a trial before signing up officially as a member and I am so glad I did.From the moment I walked in the environment was extremely welcoming and comfortable. I’ve been to other gyms where not ONE person/trainer will say hi but here it’s different.Coach Blaine from the moment I walked in helped me get situated and was extremely helpful. He always says hello, always is so welcoming and helpful with the movements or modifications.I’ve officially been a member for 2 weeks and already have friends who are coming to try this place.So thankful I decided to try f45 out!
I have been searching for so long to find a place like this. The workouts are killer, the coaches care deeply and are so knowledgable/helpful. The community they have built at this location is why it is my favorite place to work out.
F45 has been life changing for me. The trainers are amazingTheir knowledge and support is like no other. There is also a true community within the members. Makes the 5AM commitment that much better..
