I have booked with this person a few time and I had to reschedule due to my work schedule. She was unwilling to work with me on making another appointment. So I went and paid another deposit and scheduled again and she canceled me. She canceled me 4 hours before my appointment. You can't reach her by phone and she doesn't respond to text messages until hours later. She is quick to cancel you.

One of the most frustrating hair experiences of my life! Carmen seems to be a pleasant and friendly person, but sadly, a horrific business owner and stylist. Like many other reviews, scheduling was an issue, and it seems to have been one for years?! She canceled our original appointment due to a "family situation". Didn't contact me to reschedule so I texted her. Settled on a new appointment time and about 15 minutes before this new one, she texted that she was running behind and would be there in 1 hour and 15 minutes. I was already there.
