I have booked with this person a few time and I had to reschedule due to my work schedule. She was unwilling to work with me on making another appointment. So I went and paid another deposit and scheduled again and she canceled me. She canceled me 4 hours before my appointment. You can't reach her by phone and she doesn't respond to text messages until hours later. She is quick to cancel you.
Very unprofessional
One of the most frustrating hair experiences of my life! Carmen seems to be a pleasant and friendly person, but sadly, a horrific business owner and stylist. Like many other reviews, scheduling was an issue, and it seems to have been one for years?! She canceled our original appointment due to a "family situation". Didn't contact me to reschedule so I texted her. Settled on a new appointment time and about 15 minutes before this new one, she texted that she was running behind and would be there in 1 hour and 15 minutes. I was already there. I ran some errands, and upon returning saw another car waiting outside the salon. We both went in, Carmen didn't recall that I was full color in addition to haircut etc. The other client was the same (we both had purchased the Groupon). She told us she could still do it, but we both would be sitting and waiting a lot†She was talking so fast, trying to get us both done, I didn't understand half of what she said. We discussed full color to cover my grays throughout and my roots. She only did my roots. At that point, I just needed things to be moving along, so didn't say anything. Asked her to cut off about 3-4". About 8" are gone. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!
They don’t answer phone, emails, voicemails, and well pretty much anything. Got a good deal from them on Groupon but they won’t even reply to anything so my advice is try calling them before you buy any deals.
