Called Cool Kids for a plumbing problem we were having. Not only were they able to get to me quickly, but it was the same day. The technician was very knowledgeable and diagnosed/fixed our problem efficiently and quickly. We will continue to use Cool Kids for any issue we have in the future. We had a clogged sewage line that was causing a back up into bath tubs and so forth. I did a little online research that lead me to believe that the clog may have been due to a broken sewage line. I called several plumbers in the area to see if any had camera that they could run up the line to check for breaks as well as clearing the line. After speaking to a few plumbers that did not have the time or the proper equipment one of them recommended another plumber name Ricky and gave me his number. Very honest found this out when another company quoted us an ungodly amount for a part to find out it didn’t even need to be fixed when we had cool kids come take a look. Extremely impressed that they are willing to go the extra mile to keep customers satisfied.
