“my cleaning was awful I have filed complaints with the better business bureau, and will be posting to Google and seven on your side (local news) for the 2nd time my cleaners were either late (1st time they didn't show up at all until a day later after I paid sitters to have the home empty for them) or this time 4 hours early when I was very clear I work from home. I eventually gave up and let them come 1.5 hours early and rescheduled work calls. now on to the clean. to put it simply nearly nothing was complete. I send an 13 item bullet list to the manager along with 17 photos. appliance tops not touched windowsills left with dust and dead bugs Windows behind couches not touched Master shower left with dirt and hair in it end tables left with dust and drink rings completely visible. baseboards untouched. I am happy to send anyone the full list who wants to see it then the manager admitted things were not done but couldn't issue a refund because the "clean was done" the clean was alot of things but done was not one of them. I messaged back asking for a resolution and was ghosted. stay as far away as possible from this service. I will be charging back my card this week.“
“This company handles the pest control at my apartment complex, Tramor Oak Run and they’re basically just trap setters. We’ve had rodents in our apartment for the entire two years we’ve lived here because all they do is set traps and sometimes they catch one but it does nothing to solve the problem. I always ask them if they can find out how the rodents are getting in and start there but they basically just shrug their shoulders. I even show them spots where I think they could be getting in but they never do anything about it, they just set traps<br><br>Update: The new technician they sent handled the problem and got us rodent free for the first time since moving in. Can’t remember his name but he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The complete opposite of the techs they sent in the past. Changed my review to 5 stars“
