Called in a Saturday to get an appointment for my 2 years old daughter, even though the Pediatrician wasn't there I went. The general dentist found what was wrong with my daughter and recommended some food supplements since she wasn't eating too much, she was very caring. My daughter recover in the time frame the dentist suggested. She is very knowledgeable.
i only gave 1 star bc it was only way to post review. if it possible for me to give none or rate this place with a number it would be -100. first appt we had 2/2023 one of the dental assistants had the worse attitude she was being extremely rough with my kids. she wasnt being sanitary by throwing the tools she used on my kids on the counter not assuring it was on blue pad. she kept huffing and puffing like the big bad wolf! so i had to call manager to address her attitude! she blamed being overworked for her attitude and coming from medical feild myself having attitude bc day is busy is unexceptable!!!!!!! second appt 9/1 refused to see kids because could not make out... read full review
Recently relocated, daughter needs a retainer for college, made an appointment, 2 weeks later. Called the day of and told me that they will only do this if I agree to purchase braces again. They never even looked at her.Remember mechanics that would cut your belts?Welcome to Texas!
