Very nice family company. Requested lock indicators to be put in my restaurant I got it done the same day. Instead of asking for payment right at the beginning I got an invoice. Thank you. Their prices are much cheaper too!!!

I came into the store today 09/07/2023 @ 10.49 amI didn’t get the two young ladies name. I told them I had been to several kiosks and local . To get a key ? cut, and had noLuck. These young ladies went the extra mile did a measurement on my key to make sure I wouldn’t have to come back. Thank you ladies the key ? worked ?I’m glad I found the new location I thought Jacks had closed for good ? been coming to his store for the lady 13 years . Thanks again Ladies?Donna D Campbell

This company gives the customer friendly service from the initial phone call. We needed to get our door locks working quickly for our pool area to secure it before our grandchildren arrived for a week-long visit. The receptionist was very helpful, and I immediately knew we were in good hands to meet the need on time. Eric arrived earlier than promised, was very friendly and helpful, got the work done quickly, and charged a very fair price.
We had several types of needs, and they quickly handled all the issues. No surprises, and absolutely great service. With their equipment, they were able to make new keys by accurate measurement of existing locksets, and they work... read full review
