Extremely disappointed with Fort Bend County Chiropractic Center. I cannot recommend this place due to their unprofessional and potentially unlawful billing practices. After completing 5 visits, I simply asked for a copy of my bill. To my shock, they demanded a $50 fee just to provide this basic information. As a patient, I have the right to access my billing information without excessive charges. This practice seems to go against Texas regulations, which require healthcare providers to give patients access to their records at a reasonable cost. When I questioned this, they were uncooperative and insisted on the fee. It felt like they were more interested in making an extra buck than providing transparent patient care. This lack of transparency raised serious red flags for me about their overall business practices. I've since learned that Texas law actually prohibits healthcare providers from withholding medical records due to unpaid bills for medical services. Their $50 charge for a simple bill seems way out of line with state guidelines. Needless to say, I've cancelled all my future appointments and found a more professional chiropractic center. Save yourself the headache (no pun intended) and look elsewhere for your chiropractic needs. A good chiropractor should be focused on your health, not on squeezing extra fees out of you for basic information.

The staff is super nice & makes you feel comfortable throughout the whole process. The place is very clean too. They're very helpful & helped us in our recovery process! 10/10
