Best Friends Boarding Kennel

I have not boarded here yet! But I have called many times with questions and they have always been very nice and helpful. I called a couple different facilities who wouldn't give me time of day or acted like I was bothering them. First impressions were amazing here and I plan to use them in the near future.

I am so happy to find a place so special as this one to board my dogs when I travel. I was out of the country nearly 2 weeks filled with worry regarding the new kennel I trusted to care for them. Worry no more!They were so kind texting me pictures, sending messages assuring me my beloved dogs were being loved and cared for. When I got the pictures, I was able to enjoy my trip knowing they too were having a bit of a vacation from home. They were quite happy. My daughter recently took her Pug and Goldendoodle to Best Friends in Rosanky for a weekend stay. Her normal pet sitter had to cancel last minute so she was stuck. Fortunately Best Friends had an opening. The staff were exceptionally friendly. The kennel looked clean and well maintained. The price was very reasonable. I personally have a hard time with the set up. It looks so cold and scary to me. I can only imagine what it looks like to a dog. But my daughter was happy with the whole experience and said she’d definitely take her dogs there again.
