Holy moly. Hot yoga, yes please. How else can I do low impact, full body strengthening, cardio. I love all of the yoga classes here. Friendly people, clean studio, all around a win.
My husband and I have been going to Rockwall Village Sunstone for years and love everything about it. The instructors are first rate, the students are welcoming and the fitness classes are varied - from yoga and barre to core fit and HIIT to name a few. Plus, they have classes throughout the day. If you remember Sunstone from years ago, this is not it. There are far more options, hours and ways to stay fit. Yep. Five stars all the way!
It was an awesome experience. 1st time ever doing yoga. I plan on coming back for more. The reception was very friendly and the teacher (Vella) was great! Very clean environment. Hot yoga class!!
