“The staff greeted me friendly! My therapist was running a bit late so it would’ve been nice to let me know while I waited, but Brie apologized when she came to get me so not a big deal :)
I was there for a deep tissue massage and Brie was amazing! She listened to my areas of concern and concentrated on those, which I appreciated.
While checking out, my gift card wasn’t applied and when correcting the error took a while, they graciously refunded and told me not to worry. They assured me Brie would receive her gratuity, but that was above and beyond! Thank you, Befiore!!
