I highly recommendation Rockwall Chiropractic. I had severe pain in both hands. It was so bad that I had trouble holding my baby. I wore braces on both hands. I planned to have surgery. I had been in pain for almost two years prior to going to Rockwall Chiropractic. I tried a different chiropractor which I believe inflicted the issue. I tried Arrosti for almost a year. I had physical therapy for six months and my last resort was a hand doctor, with no relief. I went to Rockwall Chiropractic and the treatment plan they implemented drastically improved my symptoms and changed my life. My family and I have been seeing Dr. Payne for years and highly recommend him. My 14 year old sees him for sports related aches and pains and even my 10 year old for an earache that Dr. Payne was able to give immediate relief for. His staff is great and he really knows his stuff and is very personable.

I have been seeing Dr.Tim Payne since 2010. I was involved in a car accident and he and his staff helped me through my therapy. I followed him to his new practice and have seen him for work injuries, other car accident injuries and for routine maintenance.He has also helped my wife with adjustments and my oldest son with back and neck from sport injuries too. He is always easy to talk to and very informative on what needs to be done and worked on. His office staff is great as well. The front desk employees are all friendly and professional. I have also seen his partner Dr.Chris when Tim is not available and he is great as well.
