I have been going to Pinky Nails in Rockwall for year. I have moved to Denton a while back but when ever I am in Rockwall I try to see Henry for gel mani & Kim for pedi. I called yesterday right after they opened & tried to schedule appointments with both of them. I was told Henry was already booked but Kim was available for pedi at 2:00. I accept the 2:00 I was offered & arrived at 1:45 speaking to Tony mgr telling him who I was & had appt with Kim at 2:00. He told me to pick a color & I told him I wanted a French pedi & did not want a mani only a pedi. I went to take my mother to get her nails done. They have van that offers a full mani/Pedi for $38 wich is why I take them there. I know that people pay alot to get their nails done, and I don't understand why. The supplies used are not that expensive and to earn $35 an hour to apply this material in an air conditioned room is too much in my opinion but, I've seen worse things. The reason that I gave such a low grade is that one, I hate when they talk to you in English and then to themselves in another language then say it's now $45 price for up. and they haven't changed their signs. That is "bait and switch"
