The people are really nice and professional. Always had a good experience with them plus the prices are stellar. And I have been going there since 2010 when my family moved here from NC. I have been getting Mani/Pedi and my brows done. Highly recommend this place to anyone who doesn't want to spend a fortune but look nice.

I have been going to Pinky Nails in Rockwall for year. I have moved to Denton a while back but when ever I am in Rockwall I try to see Henry for gel mani & Kim for pedi. I called yesterday right after they opened & tried to schedule appointments with both of them. I was told Henry was already booked but Kim was available for pedi at 2:00. I accept the 2:00 I was offered & arrived at 1:45 speaking to Tony mgr telling him who I was & had appt with Kim at 2:00. He told me to pick a color & I told him I wanted a French pedi & did not want a mani only a pedi. He told me to go to seat #4 & he started the water in foot bath & that they would be with me in just a min. I patiently waited thinking it was my fault for being early. At 2:40 ( 40 min after my appt) I walked up front & ask what time they had put me down on Kim's appt book. Sally told me Kim was finishing up that she was doing a gel pedi & it takes more time. Mind you many people had come in after me & were getting service. By this time I had been in salon for 55 min. I explained I had to go because I had to drive back to Denton. Sally was nice but they had all just let me sit there waiting for almost an hour! Obviously Kim had just started the girl she was working on right before I walked in. ATTENTION APPOINTMENT TIMES MEAN NOTHING AT THIS SALON. THEY DO NOT APPRECIATE THEIR CUSTOMERS OR THEY WOULD HAVE EXPLAINED SITUATION TO ME WHEN I walked in. STILL DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY KIM WOULD START ON ANOTHER CUSTOMER JUST MINUTES BEFORE I HAD AN APPOINTED TIME CHOOSEN BY THEM, I WAS NOT A WORK IN OR WALK IN!!! VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS PLACE I HAVE USED FOR YEARS. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED IN A LITTLE OVER A YEAR. I AM DONE WITH THEM.
