My family and I greatly enjoy our time training with such dedicated and knowledgeable instructors.

My grandson just got his Blue belt today in TaeKwon Do. This program has been very good for him. It has taught him self discipline and good work ethics and how to focus on completing a task. It also helps to improve his memory as he has memorized all the moves. The instructors are very helpful and virus conscious. Seated people wear masks, but of course they do not wear them while working out. Masters Gary and Allen are both black belts themselves, so they can show from experience how to do the moves!
