I had a tooth extraction, bone graft, implant and crown put in my mouth , it was a 6 month ordeal, several visits from almost 50 miles away and not cheap at all BUT ! It was the best dental experience I have had, I already placed a positive review for Dr. Karim who started the process and was nothing less than wonderful, then today I had Dr. Steiger who finished this long journey by measuring and placing the crown , absolutely perfect job , no pain , great fit and I feel like I got my own tooth back . He is a true professional and a very pleasant person to deal with . His dental assistant Meagan was also a joy to work with , very patient and professional, love the office staff and their attitude, again , this place is not cheap but you pay for top notch service, I highly recommend this office.
I drive 49 miles one way to go to this office! Let's face it, no one likes to go to dentist, getting a colonoscopy is easier than going to dentist for anything! With that said, it is very difficult to be a dentist and earn five-star review, but Dr. Karim deserves more than five stars, she deserves standing ovations. Her bedside manner is absolutely flawless, she makes you feel at ease and her work is outstanding, she performed a tooth extraction, bone graft and implant for me and I never felt any pain or discomfort. Her assistances are as friendly and professional as she is, and office staff are very professional, and all have a very welcoming attitude. I highly recommend this office.
I have moved to another state and no longer live in Rockwall. My wife and I were patients of Dr. Steiger. After moving we had to find a new dentist. During my wife's checkup the new dentist told she needed a crown as the tooth was becoming a problem due to having a cavity. It had a previous filling in that tooth. She felt this was a little off and thought she should get another opinion. She obtained a copy of the x-ray and called Dr. Stieger's office asking if he would examine the x-ray and let us know. He remembered us and did take a look. We had great trust in his abilities in the past and still do. We took his advise and went with the crown. We would like to thank him and also note that there was no charge for his second opinion. The moral to this long post is, if you are looking for a dentist, Dr. Stieger, would be the one.
