My first experience with MasterTex Home Services was excellent. Due to a water pipe leakage, they arrived the following day and was able to determined exactly the reason and location of the leakage. They were very professional and knowledgeable.
My problem was tree roots growing into our main drain line. MasterTex sent two younger guys to give an estimate to repair the issue. Both were professional, knowledgeable, personable and got right to the task at hand. They ran the camera thru the pipes to show me the exact problem and gave recommendations to solve the issue. They were helpful but unfortunately, we are unable to get the repair completed by them due to cost. As far as personnel and representatives for this company, we were very pleased with the service provided.
We had been having some serious plumbing issues and decided to give MasterTex a try. Connor came out on President's day to assess the situation. He very professional, clearly communicating the issue and laying out all options. The quote was very fair and extremely easy to understand. I'll be using MasterTex for issues in my house going forward. Highly recommend!
