The staff is very friendly and professional. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes when I arrive for an appointment. Doctors are patient, sensitive and informative… I immediately feel at ease – and feel confident in receiving expert medical care.

I was a little apprehensive about starting the process but it's been an excellent experience so far. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. Just got my third shot and I'm starting to feel like my younger self. Highly recommend if you think you may need to go this route. Rockwall Tx location.

The staff is friendly, and the provider, Jamie, is incredible. I love this location, but the self inject at home process is a train wreck! The app is atrocious, and no one seems to know what to do and how to fix it! Let me say, this is not The Rockwall locations issue, this is corporate! They sure as heck will Bill you each month, no problem getting that done! Also, good luck getting your testosterone on time if you choose this option! My advice, just go in and get your shots and skip the home injections, the staff will brighten your day anyway. When all is said and done, the Rockwall location is wonderful, but corporate needs to straighten something out!
