We saw Dr West for my 4 year old to get tubes. Never had to wait long for our appointments and Dr West was thorough, but quick which I really appreciated. We had a consult and scheduled the tubes which went great. The office staff was great answering questions about billing and helping navigate best options with our insurance. Dr West always gave us so much great info about exactly what was going on with my son’s ears and thoroughly explained the tubes.

All of the staff are really nice, but we have been to this office four times over a period of six months, and all four times have never been seen even close to the appointment time. There is one review that says people should be understanding because sometimes they get backed up... I get that being in the medical field, but it is EVERY. TIME. Pleasant people, but if you have an appointment at this office clear your calendar for the rest of the day.

Don’t care to see Dr.West again, Dr.Ilobachie is nice and did well with my 3 year old however…. EVERY SINGLE APPOINTMENT we have waited over an hour in the waiting room. When trying to come in early we ended up waiting 2 hours. I work overnights, and they did not seem to care, and don’t respect the times that we schedule appointments.
