This was my first roof repair and my first time having to file an insurance claim. Michael was my primary point of contact at Doc’s roofing and he made my roof repair experience such a stress free and seamless process. Michael explained everything upfront including timing, what to expect with the insurance process, payment and communication, he provided advice, support and direct challenge to my insurance company when they tried to lowball my claim and ensured that they paid out what I deserved. I could not be happier with my new roof. The workers were excellent. They made sure to clean all the debris and nails from my home and yard. Working with Michael Hatton was a treat. His knowledge and professionalism helped me through the process from claims, checks, mortgage company, and bank, to the end result, a top-notched, beautiful roof. I would recommend Doc's Roofing!!
