My review of Captain Air Heating and Cooling is a few months late. These guys are professional and friendly staff. I have replaced one of the units with Willard AC and the other one installed by Captain Air Heating and Cooling. Both 2 stage units. I researched and found that both Trane and American Standard are made by the same company. At the end of the day, I felt good that I have American Standard AC unit at a fair price with good installation and meeting the latest specs. I am ready to get a quote on my third unit from these guys. I wish I remembered the installers. They worked hard with great follow-up. Thank you

Captain Air was recommended by a friend and coworker. They came out the same day I called! Found the problem, ordered the part and installed it quickly! The technicians were polite, kind, courteous and willing to work on my mini split system, unlike some other companies I had contacted! I would recommend Captain Air to anyone needing HVAC service!
