I was looking for installation on a new hvac system and met with quite a few AC companies via Yelp or recommendation from other contractors. John came to the house and gave me a fair price. He was close to the lowest bid. I spoke to him about the other bid and he was able to beat that bid from the company. I wanted to work with John because I appreciate when an owner of the company comes out in person to meet potential customers. It shows me that the owner is involved and cares about his business. The installation process itself went smoothly and efficiently. I'm happy with the work and have had no issues so far. John backs his work up and I feel confident if anything should go wrong, he will make it right.
Excellent same day AC repair service. John, the owner/technician came by within hours of the call. No upsell, no gimmicks, no outrageous fees. Just pride in great quality work, all the way to making sure wires are run correctly, parts are placed correctly, fasteners are trimmed and the job site is cleaned up. (There was still trash from a previous Frymire crew visit). Because John did a great job, we asked to look at excess condensation water in the emergency drip pan. He had not suggested any extra work after finishing the repair, but we asked him anyway. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed a drain problem apparently other techs had tried to fix unsuccessfully.
John and Apple AC are my absolute go to guys for any AC problems, they are knowledgeable, fast, and reasonable priced. Any AC issues they have fixed for me have been fixed right the first time....each time John has been my tech, and I can't say enough good things about him, personable, focused, and easily explains everything going on
