If I could give Lisa at Affinity Salon zero stars I would. Reason being is that I received, by far, the worst haircut in my 42 years from her this last Saturday. She is one of those stylists that doesn't listen to her clients. She not only cut my hair much shorter than I asked her to, but she wouldn't stop cutting it when I told her, as she hacked away on my head, that she was cutting too much, creating too many layers and wasn't honoring my requests. Despite the fact that she did a wonderful job with my color, I will never again return to her salon chair. She ruined my long, thick beautiful head of hair and I am sickened by the fact that I have to live... read full review

Showed up for my appointment 10 minutes early and the door was locked with a note saying come back in an hour, along with the phone number to call. I called and waited: kind of hard to know when the hour count down started. Left after 20 minutes and 6 mosquito bites while sitting on the porch. They called me 45 minutes later and asked me to come back since they were busy with other clients. Yeah, no way. Won't be back.

Soooo Overpriced! Lisa (owner) colored my hair and it was horrible....it did nothing to remove the gray hairs. I had to go home and do it myself....which was Way better than what she did. She left me a few times while she was attending to her other clients. I felt like she hurried through the session. I spent $130 here...haircut was just a measly trim that came at a price tag of $45 (and she told me that was her special price)...super cuts could have done the same thing. Again, the hair color was supposed to cover my grays....and nada! I did complain to Lisa, and she did ask me to go back in for her to re-do the session.....
