I love my hair after going over to the Rockwall salons and having my hair done numerous times the woman could never achieve the color I wanted. I went to Legacy and LINDA!!!!! she got it the first time!! Room127 that's the magic number. Thanks!!!!

Cathy is gracious and pleasant. I had an issue from my original tattoo, it had turned blue! I went to another salon on Ridgeway Rd. in Rockwall. After the initial visit, she would not complete the second treatment or return my call. Cathy was able to give a beautiful hair stroked brow over an unattractive ombre and the original blue brows. This was a tough assignment and she really provided a beautiful result.
