Had a scheduled maintenance appointment. The service technician called to let me know he was on his way. He was prompt, efficient and made sure I knew everything he was doing. He had a record of past visits on his tablet too so he was aware of my A/C history. I highly recommend Sigwald and will continue to use them.

I was glad that Sigwald still has local roots even though it was acquired by Beyer Boys. Thanks to Isaiah & Steve! The preventative maintenance inspection found a couple of items that could be remedied by us without additional service. It was nice to not feel like we were upsold repairs not needed just yet. Isaiah started the heating system check, found a 2nd filter in the intake that we had never discovered after purchasing the property. He said this will improve system efficiency since we only need 1 filter in the attic unit.
