These guys are very efficient. I called them because our Hoshizaki ice maker quit making ice. They did the annual cleaning last year. They were able to give me a time window for their arrival. Dave was very knowledgeable concerning Hoshizaki ice makers. In one minute he identified the problem, said they need to order the part and they will schedule the final repair. L&W was the only repairmen in the this area that would work on residential Hoshizaki ice makers. I called the manufacturer and they recommended L&W. I highly recommend them.

And to have such a great appliance dealer and appliance repair place who honors their own warranty is really great and they handle our short term. Rental business needs so professionally.
