McNatt installed my new HVAC system and did an outstanding job. Their proposal was straightforward and understandable so I knew exactly what I was getting. The service techs were friendly and professional. They showed up on time and cleaned the work area when they were complete. We recently had all of our old duct work replaced and McNatt did a wonderful job. The employees were always early/on time, worked tirelessly until the job was complete, extremely neat, cleaned up after themselves, polite and very friendly. I would highly recommend McNatt AC & Heating to anyone who is looking for a great HVAC company.

UPDATE- our issues finally got resolved and I wanted to be fair in my review. I do still think it’s a lot of problems for a system so new, but now that my house is cool again I hope to not have to call them for a very long time.——————————Our builder used them for our AC system in our new construction home and we’ve had nothing but issues ever since we moved in two years ago. I would seriously recommend you use literally anyone else in town. These people do not care about your home, comfort, or providing a good service. I’m likely going to have to spend thousands to have this issue fixed but hopefully I can then relax in my properly cooled home.
