The best customer service ever! Called after hours, the day before Christmas eve, expecting to get a voicemail telling me they were closed until after Christmas. Instead, she answered her phone, took my order and delivered the bouquet to my mother on Christmas eve.

I ordered flowers for my mom’s 80th birthday by phone. Becky was very helpful in offering suggestions for this special occasion. The flowers were beautiful and my mom was thrilled! She said how sweet and kind Becky was when she delivered them. Becky is a great designer and her friendliness is the “icing on the cake!” She’s a professional with great customer service. Don’t hesitate to call her. It won’t be my last time for sure. I appreciate her making this day so very special for both of us!

I took a chance and called Fancy Pants Floral after hours, planning to leave a voicemail. Becky answered my call on her way out of the office and promised to call me back. True to her promise, she promptly called me back within the hour. Thank you Becky for the great, friendly, and efficient service. The arrangement was beautiful.
