The staff are friendly and Dr. Elizondo is very approachable and seems to care about his patients.However, the wait times are way too long. On previous occasions, I have had to wait approximately an hour to be called from the waiting area and then 30 minutes to be actually seen by the doctor in the exam room.On a more recent occasion, I arrived literally 2 minutes past my scheduled time. Instead of being understanding about the situation, I was outright refused and told to come back and reschedule. The staff and nurses are outstanding and very friendly. Dr Elizondo is very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and seems to really care about his patients. Anytime I need to talk to him I can call and he will get back to me at a reasonable amount of time sometimes right away. I'm glad they opened this facility it's closer for me to come to 10 mins away from my house instead of 45 mins to memorial clinic.
