Jay was excellent and Oasis was as responsive and transparent as ever. Oasis listened to my troubleshooting steps and went over my findings to help solve the issues with my AC unit. Resolved the issuea and verified the system was in good health before leaving.

Really good service! The tech took time to hear my concerns and really worked to address them all. It was definitely not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for and I was very happy with the service that Oasis provided! Will definitely use again.

5-6 days ago I called Oasis Heater & Air Conditioning to repair an Air Conditioning that was broken and not working at home. The technician who came to repair it did an excellent job. I have had business in Waco for over 25 years and have used the services of many well-known companies to repair and maintain Air Conditioners and Heaters. But none of them can compete with Oasis in terms of service and price. If anyone has a problem I dare to recommend this company. Give it a try. Victor Hewitt, TX
