I can’t begin to say enough about Charlotte and her crews! THEY ROCK. A neighbor recommended her so I called for a bid. (I got 3 other bids also). From the beginning she was knowledgeable, professional, honest, and personable. PLUS her bid was the lowest! I will recommend her every chance I get and will call her EVERY time I need work done.

Southern Floors & Renovations has been truly fantastic. Originally the job was for removal and replacement of engineered wood floors damaged in a slab leak, installation in the master and new baseboards throughout the downstairs but unforseen problems stemming from a previous contractors work lead us to much more. While other companies would have been less likely to stop the job to make sure the underlying issues were resolved, Southern Floors did not. They rose to the job providing additional support and resources to ensure we got the root problem resolved. They have been fantastic to work with and we greatly appreciate them, their communication, and quality work!
