I love that you can check in on cameras and watch to see what they are up to. Facilities are clean and staff is friendly! Might be a bit on the high side but after my experience , you get what you pay for. Highly recommend.“

Booking was easy, they responded quickly, and I loved how they kept me updated about her appointment. “I brought my two stinky dogs, and they came back squeaky-clean. One of my Dog is aggressive on the grooming table, but they manage to trim him. Although there are some parts on his legs that are not trimmed, considering my dog's behavior, they tried their best, and I am satisfied with their job.“

“This is the best veterinary around! Beautiful large and clean facility and you don't have to wait long at all. Caring vet and techs. I've been to a few vets nearby and Bartonville Veterinary Center is the best of them all. Plus, my dog had major surgery there earlier this year and Dr. Cordero did a wonderful job.“

“First time customer, with our 15+ yr old shih-tzu, which is also partially blind with cataracts. Referred by close friends that also utilize this facility. I checked and prescreened the facility, and all went well. Dropped off for 8 day stay, no calls or surprises while out. Upon pickup, pup was in good spirits, with no notable change in appetite or weight loss.

Rcvd a good report of her stay, and that she was able to intermingle with the other older dogs, and got along well.

“We've taken our 2 large dogs here multiple times now for lodging and got the suite room for them to share. They seem to like it and the staff has been great. The bath option is key though because they do a really good job and our dogs come home smelling great!“

“American Pet Spa and Resort is awesome! We've boarded my dog, Penny, there twice and she absolutely loves it. The facility is clean, smells nice when you walk in, and the dogs have large, clean kennels with individual beds and bowls. There are also many opportunities for play time and they are given walks often in the wooded area attached to the facility. The staff also gave her a lot of attention and affection. I felt she was getting much love there. We recently did the two-week board and train with onsite dog trainer, Yana. She is an excellent trainer and kept us abreast of how Penny was doing with her training. She learned a lot in the short period of time. I would highly recommend this place for boarding, doggie daycare, and training. I'm so glad we found it... it's a hidden gem.“

“Great experience and service I received from Dr Skees! He is great along with staff member who checked me real pet lovers. I did not feel that it was all about the money as I feel when I visit other vets for my pets. Dr Skees is very knowledgeable and he cares and is not trying to get over on you and your fur baby. He only recommends what he feels is necessary for your pet and not a ton of unnecessary test that cost lots of money just for you to leave feeling bad that you can’t afford the extra test the other clinics throw at you just to get money. I felt so good leaving knowing that my baby got seen by a Dr that really cares. I have senior dogs and we need more caring l doctors like Dr Skees. Thank you I will bring my fur babies here anytime they are not feeling well because he cares about getting my baby better and it’s not about the dollars.“
