Experience was great at the location in Roanoke, Kim and everyone in the store were very friendly and very helpful. I went to get a gift certificate as a Christmas gift and Kim wrapped it for me which im very thankful for. I highly recommend this location.
The Roanoke location is amazing!! Every person I have connected with in that office has been phenomenal. Kim, the business manager is outstanding in her assistance with customers. Judy and Raul and Tiara (?) have made the whole process of getting glasses, easy and pleasant! I can’t say enough about the lovely people at this office and I will definitely be back for my next pairs of glasses.
