Hair cuts quality varies from stylist to stylist. Yet each one of the really push for tips in a very passive aggressive way dropping hints here and there . If you have the $120 membership for UNLIMITED haircuts. That is $30 a week what’s a 20% tip on that? $6. Tipping culture is really getting out of control and this just proves it. The owner really needs to pay them more if the girls really down that bad. The bar girl is nice and friendly tho
Walked in on a Saturday, had to wait for about 25 minutes because I didn’t have an appointment, I should have made an appointment because I know how that goes but I also feel like if you have enough appointments to fill the day you shouldn’t accept walkins, so I made a complaint as nicely as I could. I can’t remember my stylists name but she was excellent. Very attentive and willing to listen to what I wanted, and she put in a lot of effort. And then management completely made up for my wait with an in store credit. I will be coming back to this location. I can tell these people care about treating their customers well
This is way above an all stars mens grooming spot. Love the hygiene the ambience and the courteous staff. Shannon does my goatie trim n style down to its every bits of detail. Definitely recommend ?
