These guys are Amazing! Their service made me come back again, this time with my entire family and once again they delivered . I went to this location for the first time yesterday! The Doctor was amazing. The lady I saw there only works one day a week but she’s the first person in years that got my contact lenses prescription right!! I can finally see again even at night and I can read in my contacts too! Great job TSO!!!
My husband's glasses from another optician did not work. Zoey left no stone unturned to work with his insurance to ensure his benefits were reinstated and ensure he was satisfied with the lenses that they provided. This is customer service 'like the old days' going above and beyond. He can not speak highly enough of all she, and how persistent she was to help him out. TSO you have a real treasure in this employee.
